The upstairs Members Room is ideal forall functions including Weddings and 21st Birthdays. You may also use the outdoor viewing area with a stunning view of the course and Mt Hutt. The upstairs Stewards area is also linked to the Members Room and is an ideal dining area. This area has a huge glass front with super views of the racecourse. The cost to hire the Members Room is $225.00. There will be a negotiable additional cost for the use of the Stewards area if required.

| The downstairs Presidents area is an ideal indoor option for a daytime functionand is regularly used for exhibitions, trade fairs and community events inc.the Motorcycle Exhibition and Children's Day. It also extends into the spacious Public Bar area, if you need more room. Both these areas have excellent flow outside to the racecourse. The cost to hire the Presidents dining area is $175.00. There will be a negotiable charge for the use of the Public Bar and outdoor areas if required. |
